Who has the Copyrights of the final designs?

Prime Website Designer will provide complete ownership and copyrights to the customer for the designs when the product is delivered. Before the finalization of the project, the ownership and copyrights will be held by Prime Website Designer.

Can I submit my own ideas for my logo?

Yes. You are welcome to send in your ideas and our team of designers will incorporate those in your logo. You can submit your ideas in your creative brief while placing the order.

Is there an additional charge for a multi colored logo? Are there any hidden charges at all?

No! There are no additional charges for multi-colored logo. No matter how many colors you wish to use in your design. Prime Website Designer has satisfied client’s portfolio having logos in multi colors and Logo Crust never charge based on any color selection. Also, there are no hidden charges apart from package price and package price is the final price, no strings attached.

Can you redo/improve my existing company logo?

Yes! Prime Website Designer has a separate redesign package for customers. When you show us your current logo our creative director analyzes it according to your need and totally revamps the old design after making improvements in that.

Do you do business cards & letterhead design?

Of course, you can either change or edit the size or design of your business card and other stationery items via using Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Prime Website Designer provides final file sin multiple formats allowing you to change the design as your need.

What is content Management System (CMS) based website?

Content Management System allows you to create a website where you can change, edit or manage the content of the website on your own. You’re allowed to edit or replace the pictures on the website even without creating a new page, sometimes. No programming knowledge is required to get the hold of CMS based website.

Explanation Animation allows you to embed the video on your site helping your brand to boost sales. It will build your brand resulting in great social activity.

Can I choose my own Voice-over talent?

It is advised that you use our own voice – over talents as they’re more experienced and well versed in different languages. Prime Website Designer will provide you with several voice samples – including both male and female – for you to choose the most appropriate one for your video.

Who host the Video?

Two options are available for hosting your video; first is Prime Website Designer host it on our channels i.e. YouTube or Vimeo which will help us reach potential clients. Second is, you can host the video on your website if you’ve the storage space.

Can the video be ordered in multiple languages?

Yes, the video can be ordered in multiple language’ but it will take approximately two weeks to complete the it because its translation of the voice – over text, recording of the narration and the editing adjustment of the video is a critical stage. Also, the charges would be extra for this depending on the style of the video.
